PSR Solutions is collaborating with a prominent Rail Contractor seeking a PTS Site Engineer with a robust background in Rail and Civil Engineering, particularly in station enhancements, bridge constructions, and self-delivery projects. The ideal candidate will possess the capability to lead a team of Engineers effectively.



Project Oversight:
As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle, which includes overseeing station constructions, bridge projects, and self-delivery initiatives.
#Your expertise in AutoCAD will be essential for thorough planning and accurate execution.
#Utilizing your skills in AutoCAD and setting out, you will provide detailed technical guidance in areas such as track work, signalling, electrification, and civil engineering, ensuring that all engineering solutions are efficient and comply with industry standards.
#Quality Assurance:

Implementing rigorous quality assurance protocols through regular inspections, you will ensure that all aspects of the project adhere to the high standards established by industry regulations and client requirements.

#You will engage in effective collaboration with project managers, design teams, and subcontractors to facilitate clear communication and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the project.
#Maintaining precise and current project documentation using AutoCAD, including detailed drawings, comprehensive reports, and meticulous records is crucial.

PTS Certification:
A valid Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification is required.
#Engineering Credentials:
A degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline is essential.
#AutoCAD Expertise:
Proven proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed project planning and execution.
#Experience:
Demonstrated experience in rail construction projects, particularly in upgrades, refurbishments, bridges, or stations.
#Familiarity with relevant engineering software and a deep understanding of rail industry standards and regulations is necessary.
#Communication Proficiency:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
#Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to swiftly address challenges encountered during project execution.
