About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients in the Supply Chain sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Supply Chain sector.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
  • Job Description Creation: Work with stakeholders to create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
  • Onboarding Process: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including induction and training.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A proven background in a similar proactive Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Supply Chain Expertise: A proven background in the Supply Chain/Distribution/Logistics sector, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Recruitment Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Autonomy: Comfortable working autonomously and with a wide range of stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
