Job Title: Full-time Office Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and perform various bookkeeping tasks for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks for financial management and reporting, including invoice processing, cash management, VAT reporting, and PAYE compliance.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
- Assist the Managing Director with human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette when handling incoming calls and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office management or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Experience working with a small team and managing interpersonal dynamics within an office setting.
