Job Title: Full-time Office Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and perform various bookkeeping tasks for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
  2. Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks for financial management and reporting, including invoice processing, cash management, VAT reporting, and PAYE compliance.
  3. Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
  4. Implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
  5. Assist the Managing Director with human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.
  6. Exhibit professional phone etiquette when handling incoming calls and inquiries.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in an office management or similar administrative role.
  2. Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
  3. Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  4. Experience working with a small team and managing interpersonal dynamics within an office setting.
