Early Years Room Leader

Room Leader RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join our team at Kido International Nursery & Preschool Tooting. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that promotes learning, growth, and development in our children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of educators to plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of each child.
- Develop and implement the nursery's curriculum, ensuring alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Kido's unique approach.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and a cohesive approach to child care and education.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for development and implementing targeted interventions.
- Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and involving them in their child's learning journey.
- A competitive salary range of up to £31,000 for full-time, 40-hour weeks.
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service.
