We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our client's team in London. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of bartenders and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the bar operations, including inventory, stock control, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement new cocktail menus and promotions to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume bar or restaurant.

- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
