Overview – Commercial Finance Manager
Impact Handling is seeking a dedicated Commercial Finance Manager to oversee a Purchase Ledger team comprising 7 members. The primary responsibility will be to ensure that all invoices and payments are processed efficiently and in accordance with company protocols across all group entities. The role will also involve investigating and resolving any invoice discrepancies and managing payments on account to maintain a well-organized ledger.
The organization has experienced remarkable growth and aims to double its size in the next five years through both organic and inorganic strategies. This newly established position focuses on Purchase Ledger management but is expected to evolve into a broader commercial role as the business expands.
Required Skills and Experience - Commercial Finance Manager
- Proven experience in a comparable position
- Ability to lead a team while meeting both team and individual goals
- Capability to generate timely reports for senior management
- Provide leadership and support for the Group Commercial Manager
- Experience with integration of acquisitions is advantageous
