About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electro Plating Technician to join our team at Morgan Jones. As a key member of our precision manufacturing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our electroplating process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and monitor chemical solutions to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Visual Controls: Implement and manage visual controls to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Effluent Plant Management: Oversee the operation of the effluent plant, including sampling and analysis.
  • Plating Operations: Monitor plating activities and ensure the efficient operation of the plating process.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve plating-related issues quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Technical Education: A technical education background, ideally with a Health & Safety qualification.
  • Experience: Experience in conducting and reviewing risk assessments, including COSHH.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Analytical Skills: An analytical, methodical approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
