We are seeking a skilled Compliance Administrator to join our team in Derby. This role involves scheduling and managing Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and working closely with our Sub-Contractor to ensure seamless operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Plan and manage PAT scheduling, liaising with FM's to obtain approval for attendance.
- Upload completed documentation to various portals and sharepoints.
- Liaise with the Sub-Contractor to ensure regular catch-ups take place.
- Accurately record all necessary information for PAT testing scheduling.
- Monitor and achieve agreed service levels to keep customers informed of progress.
- Resolve or escalate any issues with the PAT testing sub-contractor.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the JLL Corrigo application.
- Carry out amendments to planned maintenance schedules and asset data in JLL Corrigo.
- Raise Work Orders on the Corrigo system.
- Assist the Asset Manager with asset verification, management, and documentation.
- Assist the Compliance Supervisor with reviewing and progressing engineering defects.
- Support the Capital Planning Manager with administration tasks and attend meetings as required.
- Review remedial actions following audits and inspections with FM's.
- Be prepared to work on projects and initiatives at short notice to support business needs.
- Update sharepoint and portals for the Asset & Compliance Team.
- Request purchase orders following receipt of quotes.
- Maintain electronic filing locations.
- Experience in a work order/scheduling/FM environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of CAFM systems and PPM scheduling is an advantage.
- Able to understand and act on verbal and written instructions/procedures.
- Computer literate in Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
