Senior Physiotherapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to our patients, working closely with nurses, AHPS, and consultants to optimise their health and recovery.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and elective post-operative cases.
  • Working in a busy Outpatient department with a small gym, with opportunities to work alongside fitness colleagues at the Warwickshire Hospital.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participating in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of care.
About You

To succeed as a Senior Physiotherapist, you will:

  • Have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Demonstrate evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, reflecting your desire to develop as a practitioner.
  • Have working knowledge of the UK private healthcare market and experience of orthopaedic rehabilitation.
  • Have strong MSK skills with experience of planning rehabilitation strategies for return to sports.
  • Be a confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals.
