We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our rehabilitation centre in Luton, Bedfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the centre complies with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards and safeguarding protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the centre's operations, including health and safety, facilities management, and staff performance
  • Develop and implement therapeutic interventions and social inclusion initiatives
  • Compile data and produce accurate, timely reports to inform centre operations
  • Lead and support a diverse team of staff and volunteers
  • Maximise client retention and occupancy to meet company targets
Requirements:
  • Health and Social Care Management Qualification at QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)
  • Experience developing therapeutic interventions and delivering group or one-on-one sessions in a substance misuse setting
  • Proven track record of managing financial budgets effectively
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
