The Barclay Meade company represents one of the world's leading aircraft engine manufacturers as the exclusive service center for all engine operations located in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). As the single point of contact for after-sales support in the territory, we provide repair and overhaul, engine fleet management, customer support, and logistic support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Regional Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support.
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service to meet their needs and expectations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
