  • Joining our specialist 10 surgery practice
  • The practice provides a mix of NHS and Private treatments including Invisalign, Teeth Whitening, Implants, and Hygiene with lots of opportunities to increase the private revenue even further
  • Parking is available

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you\u2019ll be:

  • Driving your practice\u2019s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
  • Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
  • Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
  • Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
  • You will enjoy being part of a team that\u2019s passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.
