Situated near the picturesque Liverpool waterfront, this 268-room establishment marks the inaugural venture of Dalata Hotel Group in the city, recognized as the fastest expanding hotel chain in the UK.

With diverse accommodation options, a dynamic Meeting & Events offering, and a spacious, modern Bar that is set to become a local favorite, our hotel is poised to emerge as one of Liverpool's premier destinations for both leisure and business travelers.

We are in search of a vibrant and seasoned Mixologist who will embody our core values and culture, contributing to the team and enhancing the guest experience.

Role Objectives:

Under the guidance of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Mixologist will deliver a welcoming and efficient service to our hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recognize and greet regular guests by name.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of food, beverages, and wines, and provide informed recommendations.
  • Exhibit friendliness, professionalism, and courtesy at all times.
  • Maximize sales revenue through effective up-selling techniques.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a hotel setting, preferably within a 3 or 4-star property, is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Background in a bustling food and beverage operation is preferred.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills is required.
  • Familiarity with Micros systems is a plus.
