**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coffee Preparation**: Brew and serve coffee and espresso drinks according to Switch CoffeeBar's high standards.
- **Cocktail Mixing**: Create, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using a range of ingredients including spirits, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits.
- **Customer Service**: Engage with customers, providing a friendly and informative interaction with each order. Answer questions about beverages and menu items with an emphasis on coffee and cocktail knowledge.
- **Menu Innovation**: Contribute to the development of new drink recipes and menu items, utilizing knowledge of coffee and mixology trends.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory for coffee supplies and bar ingredients, ensuring all necessary components are stocked and fresh.
- **Cleanliness and Organization**: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: Previous experience as a barista and mixologist, with formal training in coffee preparation and cocktail mixing.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of coffee brew methods, espresso techniques, and cocktail mixology.
- **Customer Focus**: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage customers and enhance their visit.
- **Creativity**: A flair for creating and adapting beverages to meet customer preferences and seasonal themes.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless service experience.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Pay: £11.44 per hour
