We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Every Step Recruitment Ltd. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of credit control, including reviewing aged debt reports and ensuring timely payment from customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of credit control, including reviewing aged debt reports and ensuring timely payment from customers.
- Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or disputes related to payments.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all sales are properly documented and that payment terms are clearly communicated to customers.
- Monitor and analyze credit reports to identify potential risks and take appropriate action to mitigate them.
- Proven experience in credit control or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
