Position Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Digger Driver with experience in operating tracked diggers up to 10 tonnes. This role involves working on new build projects, ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to project plans and safety protocols while operating machinery.
  • Utilize assigned equipment to effectively move and manage materials on-site.
  • Conduct risk assessments and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
  • Perform regular inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and appearance.
  • Collaborate with site teams, including Groundworkers and Banksmen, to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Maintain professional certifications, such as CPCS, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist with general groundworks, including drainage, excavation, and other related tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid CPCS card.
  • Ability to provide two relevant commercial references.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to work.
  • Dependable and punctual in all work-related activities.
  • Willingness to start work immediately.
