Product and Contracting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product and Contracting Manager to lead the development, management, and optimization of our escorted tour offerings and contracting agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tour Itinerary Design: Create engaging tour itineraries to differentiate our product in the market.
  • Contract Negotiation: Secure favorable contracting agreements to ensure competitive rates and terms.
  • Program Delivery: Ensure tour programs meet financial and customer experience KPIs.
  • Quality Monitoring: Oversee tour product quality and address improvements with suppliers.
  • Supplier Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and explore new partnerships.
Requirements:

You will have previous product management experience in the travel industry, ideally with escorted tours. Strong negotiation abilities and a proven track record in contracting with suppliers are essential. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation is also required. A focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and collaboration across departments is crucial.

This role is office-based, with one day working from home. A competitive salary, benefits scheme, and good holiday allowance are on offer. Some travel overseas may be required.
