Job Title: Quality Control Site Technician

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Site Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety on our solar sites. You will work closely with our site teams to identify and resolve any issues, and provide training and support to ensure that our sites are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify any quality or safety issues
  • Work with site teams to develop and implement corrective actions to address any issues identified
  • Provide training and support to site teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain our sites to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with our operations team to develop and implement quality control procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in solar operations and maintenance
  • Site supervisory experience
  • 18th edition electrical qualification
  • Level 3 electrical qualification
  • Experience of working with central and string inverter manufacturers
  • Comprehensive knowledge of BS 7671 Wiring Regulation Standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with emergency situations
  • Hardworking, reliable, and flexible
