We are seeking a dedicated Site Operations Coordinator to join a prominent Facilities Management organization on a contract basis in the North Lanarkshire region. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities within a large static facility.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and high-quality service delivery. Follow up to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Conduct facility inspections and generate necessary reports.
- Ensure adherence to legislative, client, and quality standards related to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
- Collaborate with the operations team and external suppliers to fulfill service level agreements.
- Oversee and monitor third-party maintenance activities, reporting any required corrective actions.
- Manage vendor relationships and provide training on work order and billing processes.
- Process invoices accurately, ensuring correct cost center coding.
- Document all incidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies, completing associated administrative tasks.
- Ensure all contractors operate within the relevant QHSE processes and client HSE standards.
- Adhere to the Maintenance Management system for all engineering practices, including both planned and reactive tasks, to meet and exceed expectations.
- Supervise on-site contractors, including the preparation and completion of all necessary documentation.
- Execute all tasks with a strong focus on health and safety, following material safety instructions and utilizing permits to work, risk assessments, and method statements as appropriate.
- Perform administrative duties such as raising purchase orders, filing, and updating electronic logbooks.
- Conduct site inductions for new personnel.
