About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager/Senior Design Manager to join our team at Magnus James. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design process and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across projects.
- Conduct design research and analysis to inform design decisions and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Design Manager/Senior Design Manager in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed design decisions.
