- Ensure all emails in the Dispatching folder are responded to within 24 hours.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Dispatch or Scheduler or Planner role.
- Excellent people management skills and a proactive, self-motivated character.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Initiative, motivation, and a customer-focused approach.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Bonus points for knowledge of SAP and Access.
