Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Adult Clinical Lead to join our care home teams across the country. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our Residents, working closely with multi-professional teams to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care and support to Residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of Residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified
  • Previous experience in a nursing role, preferably in a care home environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
