Job Overview

Sodexo Live is seeking an exceptional Food Hall Supervisor to lead the operations of our prestigious food concession hall at the Fulham Pier. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that matchday and regular catering operations provide an unparalleled customer experience.

You will assist in maintaining operational excellence and contract delivery, while building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. You will also support the Market Hall Manager in bringing fresh food concepts to life and ensuring that crucial KPIs are met.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a large team to maintain uniform standards within the Market Hall
  • Assist in delivering staff training plans and ensuring food and beverage units are set up according to SOP
  • Liaise with traders and resolve operational concerns, ensuring stock levels are suitable and assist with effective shift management
  • Work with contractors to maintain operational efficiency and comply with Sodexo's Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and processes
  • Support in managing day-to-day and matchday operational challenges, such as handling stock, staff scheduling, and customer service during high-traffic periods
  • Collaborate with the Market Hall Manager to ensure compliance with stadium and logistics site regulations
Requirements
  • Experience in supervision or food concession units or cluster food establishment management
  • Ability to successfully manage large diverse teams and motivate staff to achieve targets
  • Eye for continuous improvement and influencing skills to implement change and uphold quality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a positive, hands-on attitude and flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations, with excellent problem-solving abilities
