Job Summary:

Complete Talent Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the Oil and Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines and commercial commitments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough contract reviews to establish work scopes and identify opportunities for reverse engineering.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing regular progress updates and addressing commercial issues and component supply concerns.
  • Plan and coordinate workshop activities to meet customer requirements, contract deadlines, and output targets.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project execution and flexibility within the hub.
  • Ensure adherence to our company's HSEQ procedures, policies, and systems.
  • Identify and integrate reverse engineering opportunities into project work scopes.
  • Oversee the final inspection and release of repair orders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum HNC/HND in a mechanical engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to review contractual terms and conditions.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Excellent mechanical comprehension and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Project.
Work Environment:

This is an office-based role with regular periods required in the workshop for training and on-site appointments.
