We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Evri's Rugby Hub. As a key member of our HSEQ team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and analyze practical measures to protect the organization, its employees, and customers from health, safety, environmental, and quality issues.
- Provide expert advice on relevant legislation, mandatory processes, and risk management systems to stakeholders and teams.
- Define, collect, and monitor lead and lag data through periodic audits to report performance, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Support and advise colleagues on HSEQ best practices and promote a culture of safety across the Hub network.
- Lead the review of HSE-related liability claims and ensure prompt information exchange with insurers and Evri responsible persons.
- Participate in mandatory communication rhythms and routines, including the monthly site HSEQ committee meetings.
- NEBOSH Certificate qualifications are essential.
- RTITB FLT train the trainer qualification is preferred.
