BTC Electronic Components is a prominent provider of electronic parts and solutions, recognized for its unwavering commitment to quality. We are seeking a qualified professional to bolster our reputation by ensuring the utmost accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to standards in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and adhere to company quality assurance protocols
- Keep detailed records of client feedback and nonconformance issues
- Document quality assurance processes and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements
- Assess training requirements for companywide compliance
- Conduct investigations and resolve problems utilizing Root Cause Analysis
- Assist with both internal and external audits
Required Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Familiarity with quality assurance concepts and methodologies
- Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- High level of computer proficiency
