La División Ferroviaria del Reino Unido está en búsqueda de 2 Junior Quantity Surveyors para colaborar con el equipo comercial y de construcción, asegurando la entrega exitosa de proyectos, al mismo tiempo que se mantienen relaciones sólidas para maximizar los retornos comerciales y gestionar riesgos.

Responsabilidades Clave Asistir al equipo comercial Realizar las siguientes tareas bajo supervisión: Preparar licitaciones – medir, agrupar, analizar Preparar variaciones/valoraciones/cotizaciones para clientes Preparar Cuentas Finales Asistir a reuniones con clientes en el sitio Colaborar con la gestión del sitio Evaluar Riesgos y oportunidades Gestión de efectivo Aplicaciones/facturas oportunas alineadas con el cronograma del cliente Cualificaciones Capacidad para utilizar eficazmente una variedad de herramientas de Microsoft Office Habilidad para manipular, gestionar e interrogar datos Conocimiento completo del uso del Método Estándar de Medición Demostrar responsabilidad y conciencia comercial Habilidades efectivas de gestión del tiempo, organización, interpersonales y de negociación Haber completado o estar en proceso de obtener una calificación en Quantity Surveying (HND/HNC en adelante) Preferiblemente estar estudiando para la obtención de la Certificación Profesional Beneficios Salario competitivo con aumento anual Vehículo de empresa o asignación para automóvil Atención médica 26 días de vacaciones (opción de adquirir 5 días más) Plan de pensiones del empleador Seguro de vida en caso de fallecimiento Tasa de kilometraje competitiva Gastos de viaje Trabajo flexible y remoto Licencia parental mejorada Desarrollo profesional y educativo Nuestro equipo es el corazón de nuestro éxito y nuestra propuesta para ellos es trabajar con propósito, tener tiempo para la vida, construir una carrera sin límites y rodearse de grandes personas.
