We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Proposition Manager to join our team at Skillful. As a key member of our Commercial and Bridging lending proposition team, you will be responsible for leading the development of mortgage propositions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end development of mortgage propositions within bridging and commercial lending
- Ensure all propositions are customer-centric and meet the needs of our target market
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to inform proposition development
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive business growth
- Build effective working relationships with relevant teams across the business
- Commercial and/or Bridging lending proposition/product development experience
- Ability to build propositions using a combination of market, competitor, customer, and staff insight
- Experience working with stakeholders and leading/working groups
