Job Title: Principal Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Civil Engineer to join our team at Real Recruitment Solutions. As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex transportation planning projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage transportation planning projects from conception to completion
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff members
* Develop and implement transportation planning strategies and policies
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
* Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

* Chartered status as a Civil Engineer
* At least 7 years of experience in transportation planning
* Strong technical knowledge of transportation planning principles and practices
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
