Key Responsibilities
  • Overall management of the hotel, restaurant, and pub in the absence of the Manager
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and hotel standards
  • Drive excellence in service, food, and drink quality, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Adhere to all legislative requirements, including health and safety, licensing, and record-keeping
  • Conduct regular stock counts and analyze usage reports to identify opportunities for cost control
