Role Objective

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor and Manager, the Food & Beverage Assistant is responsible for delivering a welcoming and efficient service to hotel patrons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recognize and greet regular guests by name.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of food and beverage offerings, providing informed recommendations.
  • Exhibit friendliness, professionalism, and courtesy at all times.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through effective upselling techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a hotel environment, particularly within a 3 or 4-star property, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting is advantageous.
  • Availability for early morning and evening shifts is required.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with Micros systems is a plus.
