About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Procurement Systems Manager to join our team. As a system expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the Jaggaer system is used to its full effect by a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. This will involve providing training to key users and acting as second-line support for any complex issues related to configuration or use of the Jaggaer system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training to key users on the Jaggaer system
  • Act as second-line support for complex issues related to configuration or use of the Jaggaer system
  • Support the roll-out of Jaggaer across global territories
  • Lead the relationship between the business and the P2P provider, ensuring business needs are met and vendor relations remain at a high level

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of the Jaggaer P2P system
  • Ability to configure and change the Jaggaer system to suit the needs of the procurement function
  • Strong and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage your own workload
