Advanced Project and Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Project and Engineering Manager to join our team at CV-Library, located in a remote-based environment. As a key member of our team, you will lead project teams (1-10 engineers) to implement engineering solutions within budget and time constraints. You will oversee the design and scope of systems, adhering to our company's standards. Additionally, you will support project implementation, focusing on improving margin, customer satisfaction, schedule, working capital, and safety performance.

This role involves serving as the technical interface with customers, ensuring project requirements are fully defined and delivered within schedule and cost constraints. You will produce and/or approve functional and detailed design specifications, providing technical leadership, support, and expertise to the project team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Qualification in Engineering or relevant industry experience, particularly in Electrical background.
  2. Experience managing technical content and people in projects.
  3. Strong experience in Process Automation and Control Systems Engineering.
  4. Understanding of Honeywell DCS, PLC, SCADA Control Systems, or similar control systems.
