About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook Manager to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen team, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are providing exceptional service and meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Ensure that all kitchen operations are conducted in a safe and sanitary manner, in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure that all aspects of food and beverage operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale food service environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to ensure that all kitchen operations are conducted in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
