Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Senior Technologist with a solid history of managing and delivering architectural projects to enhance our Bristol office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a small team while also working autonomously.
  • Adaptable in your project approach, ensuring flexibility to meet various challenges.
  • Passionate about designing and delivering exceptional buildings and environments.
  • Enthusiastic about engaging in a variety of projects within the educational sector.
  • Willing to share expertise and insights with colleagues across different projects.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Report directly to the Regional Director while supervising a small team within the studio.
  • Handle project fees and invoicing with support from administrative staff.
  • Contribute to business development efforts to secure new projects.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to interpret briefs and develop initial design proposals.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating design teams effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to design, legal, statutory, and professional standards for large and complex projects.
  • Monitor and assess the financial performance of projects.
  • Proficient in developing technical specifications to support project work packages.
  • Extensive knowledge of Revit software.
