Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Anderselite Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for providing technical design support to project teams and delivering successful projects in accordance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage technical project teams, working closely with clients and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Organize and coordinate design teams and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Undertake site inspections, condition surveys, and monitoring of delivery to identify potential design changes and impact on fees.
  • Provide accurate technical information and address technical queries from clients and contractors.
Requirements:
  • HNC/HND in Architecture/Building Construction or BSc in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of Building Regulations and relevant technical design guidance.
  • Proficiency in REVIT and Navisworks to achieve project delivery to Level 2 BIM.
