Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including service providers and partners.

  • Provide leadership and management to the team, with a focus on commissioning, contracting, and partnership working.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement commissioning strategies that align with the council's public health priorities.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of commissioning, contracting, and partnership working.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Good grasp of and keen interest in public health.

Working Arrangements

The role is based at County Hall in Exeter, but there are hybrid working arrangements in place.
