About the Role

We're seeking a highly creative and commercial Marketing Coordinator to join our talented team, working across multiple marketing platforms with a primary focus on paid advertising and organic social media. As a key support system to our busy team, you'll be responsible for supporting monthly paid marketing creative briefs, paid marketing performance and reporting, and attending weekly campaign calls to support with stock management for paid marketing.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support on monthly paid marketing creative briefs cross brand
  • Support with paid marketing performance and reporting
  • Attend weekly campaign calls to support with stock management for paid marketing
  • Create and distribute engaging weekly social content plans in line with the tone of voice of the brand
  • Be confident in front of the camera and get the team involved in employee-generated content for TikTok
  • Attend campaign shoots to capture planned content and BTS for our social channels
  • Be knowledgeable and passionate about all things social from jumping on trending concepts to finding top influencers/talent to collaborate with us
  • Be responsible for posting weekly across our Lipsy Pinterest page and reporting on performance
  • Be the go-to for organic social reporting across brand
  • Join the team in creating weekly trend and competitor reports
  • Be responsible for gift-card ordering across the three brands
  • React to the day-to-day management of multiple channels, and where possible takes a proactive approach.
  • Be responsible for sample coordination (orders and returns) for any social shoots across our brands
  • Provide organic social posting support to cover team absence
  • Support with seasonal planning and market research
  • Engage with our community including customer queries and liaising with the Customer Service team to ensure timely and appropriate responses
  • Attend and present marketing results in relevant marketing meetings to key stakeholders
  • Support with International/UK email briefing and exposure for our brands on Next where relevant

Your Talent

  • Previous experience in a varied marketing role ideally for a retail/lifestyle brand (agency experience would also be reviewed)
  • Super creative with an innovative approach
  • Passionate about fashion
  • Up to date with what's trending on social
  • Organised and able to manage a busy workload
  • Great attention to detail
  • Team player with excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and full of ideas
  • Great photography/videography on iPhone/Samsung
