We are seeking a committed Team Leader who can effectively guide, motivate, and inspire a team within our friendly bakery environment. As a Team Leader, you will oversee the operations of the bakery in the absence of the Manager, acting as a crucial support to the Store Manager.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring the team functions efficiently, focusing on driving sales and enhancing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a priority.

Engaging and leading the team will be your primary focus, alongside participating in food preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing excellent service to our valued customers.
