Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Cooplands.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day activities of the store.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor and control store costs to ensure profitability.
