Premier Jobs UK Limited is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring clients receive excellent service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the financial planning team, including client liaison and data management.
- Assist with implementing client service agreements, including reviewing risk profiles and arranging meetings with financial advisors.
- Support the paraplanning team with tasks such as no-change letters and review letters.
- Work closely with the office manager and other administrators to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within a financial services firm.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Benefits
- Competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 plus bonus scheme.
- Full-time or part-time hours available.
- 28 days annual leave, with option to purchase additional leave.
- Auto-enrolment pension and death in service.
