Our client, a leading manufacturer in its field, is seeking an experienced Import Logistics Coordinator to join their team at their site in Denham, Uxbridge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate imports, sourcing, repairs, and return material authorization to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to optimize the importation process and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Customs Compliance:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance requirements to ensure accurate customs clearance instructions and paperwork.
  • Control the IPR process from RMA to Bill of Discharge, ensuring compliance with import regulations.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive shipment records, ensuring documentation is complete and accessible for auditing purposes.
  • Verify and review shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs requirements.
Requirements:
  • Seasoned experience in international transportation or logistics, with knowledge of IPR processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with SAP or equivalent enterprise systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, motivated, organized, and practical with excellent communication and organizational skills.
