Exciting Opportunity for a Digital Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As a key member of our marketing solutions team, you will be responsible for managing all non-print requirements of our clients, including taking client briefs, quoting for work, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to understand their marketing needs and develop effective solutions
  • Manage digital campaigns, including digital assets for web and social media, video, and system development
  • Work closely with our onsite Creative and Studio team to deliver high-quality results
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and customer communications
  • Experience in account management and client relationship building
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
