Exciting Opportunity for a Digital Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As a key member of our marketing solutions team, you will be responsible for managing all non-print requirements of our clients, including taking client briefs, quoting for work, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
  • Champion digital marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with our creative and studio teams to deliver high-quality digital assets
  • Manage campaigns and projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business success
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms
  • Experience in account management and customer service
