We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor/Caretaker to oversee operations across various educational facilities. This position involves a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, with responsibilities split between two locations.

Key Responsibilities

The role of a School Caretaker entails ensuring the upkeep and security of school premises. Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Managing grounds and outdoor areas.
  • Performing health and safety evaluations.
  • Monitoring security measures.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Our ideal candidate will possess:
  • Prior experience in a caretaker or site supervision role.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Relevant maintenance or construction qualifications.
  • A valid driver's license and personal transportation.
  • The ability to work across multiple sites.
  • Flexibility to work between 7 am and 7 pm.
