A prominent property management firm is seeking a skilled temporary facilities maintenance specialist to support daily reactive repairs and upkeep at one of their premium student accommodation facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing reactive maintenance tasks to exceptional quality standards, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and joinery as required.
- Engaging in painting and decorating activities, primarily focused on final touch-ups.
- Assisting in the relocation of furniture and heavy items throughout the premises.
- Managing waste disposal.
- Conducting health and safety inspections.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in executing repairs and maintenance within a residential setting or as a general builder in trades such as plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry.
