We are inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Workday Technical Expert. In this position, you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday HCM project, requiring knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules. You will exude strong executive presence, demonstrate a polished demeanor, and possess superior communication skills to effectively manage pre-sales, project execution in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, prototype, and implement new Workday functional features.
  • Present new features and impacts to business and engage in end-to-end regression testing.
  • Manage and coordinate the project, ensuring successful completion.
  • Understand Workday integration execution/launch parameters.
  • Develop Workday integrations experience in implementation, enhancements, and production support.

Requirements:

  • Workday integration experience in implementation, enhancements, and production support.
  • Experience in inbound/outbound integrations using Core Connector, PICOF, PECI, Workday Studio, managing business processes, working with EIB, Report Writer, creating Workday Calculated Fields, Custom Reports, XML, XPATH, and XSLT.
  • Knowledge of Security configuration in Workday.
  • Experience in working on all project phases, including fit/gap.
  • Core Connectors - Worker and Payroll, PECI Connector.
  • Custom Reports & Calculated Fields.
  • Linux / Shell Scripting.
