Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Parts Supply Chain division for a Logistics Warehouse Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis.

Reporting to the Warehouse Planning, Efficiency & Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to enhance warehouse operations, ensuring optimal space utilization through collaboration with external supplier partners. As a Logistics Warehouse Coordinator, you will devise and execute strategies aimed at boosting productivity, reducing costs, and refining processes within the warehouse environment.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in warehouse logistics within a distribution environment, coupled with a solid understanding of warehouse layout, processes, and workflows.
  • Exceptional analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for interpreting data and identifying trends to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Capable of working autonomously while also possessing the confidence to collaborate effectively with and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.

Your efforts will ensure that all retailers receive the necessary parts promptly. We source parts from suppliers both domestically and internationally, facilitating overnight deliveries to dealerships. This role necessitates close cooperation with various teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
