Are you passionate about early years education and care? Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of young children? We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Team Leader to join our team at Childbase Partnership.

About the Role

As a Nursery Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of early years educators and providing outstanding care and education for children aged 2-5 years old. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of early years educators to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of children and make recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with parents and carers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in early years education
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,326.40-£33,696 per annum, plus up to 50 paid days off work. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including childcare discount, Perkbox access, and 'Recommend a friend' bonuses.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold an early years qualification at level three or above and have demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting. You will also need to have excellent EYFS knowledge and be passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners.
