We are delighted to offer a unique opportunity for a talented Accounts Technician to join our exceptional regional chartered certified accounting firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality accounts and tax returns for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process client data to produce draft accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Finalize file sections and cross-reference schedules to ensure seamless client service.
- Utilize cloud accounting software to complete transactions efficiently and effectively.
- Produce draft VAT returns from client records and complete the full return once confirmed.
- Prepare and submit Corporate Tax returns to HMRC, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Complete self-assessment tax returns, including detailed Capital Gains calculations and schedules of income from property.
- Attend client premises to assist with external audits as required.
